Not functional

There isnt enough here to justify this sitting next to any other weather app. Notifications do not work and the gestures are rather limited. You cannot move the order of your listings and it just seems like the app just isnt ready for prime time.

Update: notifications now work. Would love a way to adjust the 24hour format to the American time standard.
