The app is supposed to send alerts to my phone as advertised. Where is the push notifications? I have inclement weather all week where I live and have no alerts. I sent an email to the developers and got a message back saying Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain.
